Sales Representative

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our window cleaning team! In this role, you will be the face of our company, going door-to-door, meeting homeowners, and helping them see the value of our services. Your enthusiasm, people skills, and drive to close deals will directly contribute to our growth. This is a high-energy, commission-based role perfect for someone who thrives on meeting new people, hitting daily goals, and earning money based on results. Responsibilities Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to generate leads and book window cleaning appointments Present our services confidently and explain the benefits of professional window cleaning Handle questions and objections from potential customers with professionalism Upsell additional services when appropriate Maintain records of visits, leads, and sales using company tracking tools Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Comfortable going door-to-door and meeting homeowners Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and money-driven Previous sales experience is a plus but not required (we provide full training) Reliable transportation for traveling in assigned neighborhoods Pay: $18.00 - $37.00 per hour Work Location: In person
