Overview In this role you design, build, and operate secure, scalable services powering WorkSpaces Applications at AWS. You work with cross-functional teams to understand customer workflows and reliability needs, delivering high-quality features and continuous improvements. The role involves on-call responsibility and direct customer engagement to resolve issues and drive outcomes.
