Trainer/Course Development (Technical/Semiconductor)Join Canon USA as a Technical Trainer in San Jose, developing and delivering training on photolithography equipment.ResponsibilitiesConduct user training on Photolithography products in-house and at customer sites.Provide classroom and laboratory training covering operation, preventive maintenance, application, and installation of Canon photolithography equipment.Develop and revise internal and external technical materials to ensure accuracy and currency.Verify accuracy of technical procedures to support field service technicians and customer needs.Deliver detailed presentations on technical topics.Operate, maintain training facilities and equipment, and prepare instructional sites in the San Jose facility.Participate in discussion groups to share technical information and improve knowledge of colleagues.Contact customers to discuss training needs and gather feedback on current training programs.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience and 3‐5 years of related work experience.Knowledge of semiconductor equipment, maintenance, and photolithography equipment is preferred.Prior experience as a technical trainer is preferred.May require up to 50% domestic travel; valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.Ability to work flexible shifts.Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentRequires close visual acuity for extensive reading, inspection of small defects, and operation of equipment.
