Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations by performing preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and surface grinding on production machinery. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys solving technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on machinery and production equipmentConduct daily surface grinding on dies and toolingRead blueprints, schematics, and equipment manualsOperate maintenance equipment such as lathes, milling machines, and CNC vertical millsAssist with welding, electrical, and mechanical repairs as neededFollow lockout/tagout procedures and maintain a safe work environmentWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong mechanical and troubleshooting skillsAbility to read precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, tape measures)Team-oriented with strong attention to safety and detailPreferred:Experience in tooling or manufacturing environmentsElectrician, Plumbing, or CAD certificationValid driver's license
