Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Recruiter based in Hoboken, NJ. The Senior Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top sales talent. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, driving talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
