In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.What You'll DoDeliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's homeFollow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBACollect and record data on client progress and behaviorsParticipate in supervision sessions with a BCBAAttend required team meetings and training sessionsWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly pay: $21.00 - $27.00/hourTraining and support to obtain RBT certificationCareer growth opportunities within the ABA fieldMileage reimbursementHealth, dental, and vision insurance (for full-time employees)What You'll NeedHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience working with childrenPassion for supporting children with special needsReliable transportationEarly intervention experience (ages 2-6) (Required)In-home setting experience (Required)Active CPR certification (Preferred)RBT certification (Preferred) or willingness to obtain it within a set timeframePhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to kneel, squat, crawl, sit, and stand for extended periodsComfortable engaging in play and physical activity with childrenAbout Us - Northern Lights Behavioral Consulting, a Finni Health CompanyNorthern Lights Behavioral Consulting partners with Finni Health to provide compassionate, in-home ABA therapy.
