All CSE needs to be accounted for prior to invoicing.If Surplus/Repair & exposed circuitry is present, unit(s) enclosed in as small as possible protective ESD mylar bag(s)If Surplus/Repair & exposed circuitry is not present, unit(s) enclosed in as small as possible protective pink bag(s)Work with Order Resolution Associates on any discrepanciesMay be modified from Time to time. Other duties, tasks, and work may be assigned.METRICS AND MEASUREMENTSOrder Fulfillment Associates will be expected to maintain a goal attainment level of at least 100% based on the established performance metrics (TBD). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job related-skills, experience, and relevant education or training. SALARY RANGE: $18/hrEducation & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required Technical or industrial product knowledge a plusBONUS/COMMISSION PLANEligible for commission after successful completion of introductory 90 days.Employee Evaluation SummaryIntroductory Review -- Will be written at approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employment will continueQuarterly Reviews – Employee will be given a brief written quarterly review primarily focused on quantitative performance and measurement of activity.Annual Reviews – Quarterly reviews will factor in as a big part of this process along with attendance, job knowledge, overall performance and dependability.WORK SCHEDULEThis is an hourly position. The schedule for this position is an 8 hour shift, Monday through Friday, with half hour lunch. Overtime work for each Saturday is scheduled and mandatory unless otherwise cancelled by senior management due to acceptable customer service levels and requirements. Other overtime may be required if applicable and scheduled. Employee is expected to report to work on time and adhere to accepted time-off policies. Additional and/or off-hour shifts may be required for production coverage.WORK ENVIRONMENTThe environment is a warehouse setting. Dress attire is casual but professional in a warehouse setting. All employees are required to wear “Radwear” (apparel with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received. OSHA approved back supports are recommended. Closed toe, hard soled shoes must be worn at all times. Safety shoes are recommended. Radwell ID Badge and Access card must be worn.
