Land Development Engineer (Technical Track) Location: Alabama/Georgia/Texas Our client is seeking a Land Development Engineer to support design and delivery of site development projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. This role is ideal for an engineer looking to build strong technical expertise in grading, drainage, and utility design. Key responsibilities for this role will include (but are not limited to): Supporting design of site development projects including grading, drainage, and utilities Preparing plans, calculations, and technical documentation Assisting with permitting and coordination with local agencies Supporting project teams through design and construction phases Required and desired skillsets, experience, and qualifications for this role: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (required) 6-12+ years of land development experience Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D EIT or on track preferred Interested in finding out more?
