The primary responsibility of this role is to translate an evolving AI enabled manufacturing vision into a structured, executable, and IT compliant delivery plan. This includes partnering closely with stakeholders performing product management and product ownership, coordinating work across manufacturing, IT, platform teams, and vendors, and supporting a small, lean development effort. This role blends product, delivery, and Agile execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable:Supporting product management and product ownership activities such as problem framing, backlog shaping, and value sequencingPerforming Scrum Master responsibilities-including facilitating Scrum events—when neededOwning broader delivery coordination and cross-team executionThis is a contract delivery role that requires hands-on ownership, strong understanding of enterprise IT delivery, and comfort operating with emerging requirements and limited development capacity. What you’ll be doing Partner with product management and key stakeholders to break down business problems into outcomes, features, and prioritized backlog itemsOwn and structure delivery for an AI enabled manufacturing initiative focused on integrating production, quality, and operational dataTranslate high-level concepts into features, epics, sequencing, and an actionable delivery backlogFacilitate Scrum events as needed and maintain delivery and product artifacts in Jira and Confluence to ensure transparency, flow, and alignmentCoordinate across manufacturing/PE teams, IT application owners, enterprise platform teams, and vendors to ensure cohesive executionGuide the team through enterprise IT processes, ensuring correct paths for infrastructure, security, data platforms, APIs, and governanceDefine and manage delivery phases, including data collection, data publishing and consumption, system integration, and future AI/ML enablementPartner closely with developers and stakeholders to refine scope, manage dependencies, and sequence work based on capacity and riskProvide clear delivery and product visibility, including status, risks, dependencies, tradeoffs, and intentional scope decisionsPrevent siloed or short-term solutions by aligning product needs with enterprise platforms and standardsTranslate technical and delivery progress into concise, leadership ready communication What you bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Manufacturing, or a closely related field7+ years of experience in delivery leadership, product ownership, program delivery, or Agile leadership rolesDemonstrated ability to break down complex problems with product partners into clear outcomes, features, and backlogStrong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence, including backlog management, workflow tracking, and delivery reportingExperience navigating enterprise IT environments, including approvals, governance, and platform dependenciesStrong communication, stakeholder facilitation, and cross-functional leadership skillsComfort working with lean teams, evolving scope, and incomplete informationFamiliarity with data platforms, system integration, APIs, or event/broker-based architecturesExperience supporting analytics, AI, or advanced data initiativesExperience acting as a hybrid Product Owner / Delivery Lead / Scrum MasterExperience working with vendors and embedded development resources Estimated Min Rate: $70.00 Estimated Max Rate: $90.00What’s In It for You?We welcome you to be a part of the largest and legendary global staffing companies to meet your career aspirations.
