This position requires an engaging and outgoing personality the enjoys winning. Candidates are requested to have a minimum of two years outside sales experience. Ideal candidates will also have a background in the HVAC, facility services industries, and/or property management.Compensation & Benefits:Average Starting Salary: $60K - $85K Base pending work experience + Incentive Plan (paid out as a percentage of sales). Typical 1st year total compensation usually is in the $75K – $85K neighborhood with second year being in the $95k – $135k bracket pending activity and success. Uncapped commissions earning potential. Combined experience, education, skills and knowledge will be taken into consideration for any hiring offer.
