Finance & Operations Manager

Finario is a fast growing Software-as-a-Service technology company providing a suite of intelligent capital planning & portfolio strategy solutions to leading industrial enterprises worldwide.As the Finance & Operations Manager you will be responsible for the financial and internal operations of the company including A/P, A/R, cash & expense management and financial reporting as well as human resource, office administration and special projects. This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the Founder & CEO of this fast growing technology company. If you are good with numbers and motivated by getting things done, this role could be for you. Finario seeks a self-starter with a "can do" attitude interested in being a dynamic contributor to our worldwide growth.Responsibilities:Accounting - Make a modest number of monthly accounting entries (i.e. revenue, payroll)Invoicing - Generate and monitor annual client invoices and paymentsReporting - Prepare internal management reporting and work with our tax accountants for annual tax filingsCash Management - Manage our banking arrangements and liquidityTax Compliance - Interface with our tax accountants and manage sales tax compliance.Human Resources - Serve as the first-point of contact on routine employee related mattersAdministration - Oversee the operations of our headquarters officeControl - Evaluate, analyze and manage wherever needed to support our growth.Desired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experienceExperience in a software firm or another business selling products/solutions to other companiesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience with QuickBooks OnlineDetail-oriented with strong attention to tactical execution and follow-throughNatural sense of curiosity with a desire to problem-solve for othersCompensation:Competitive Salary, 401(k), Healthcare
