Schedule M-Th 7:00a – 5:30p 4-day work week 10-hour shift The Testing Technician will be responsible for maintaining, assembly, troubleshooting, and repairing computer equipment. A Successful Candidate Will Have: The ability to use essential tools and equipment to operate various equipment Be able to follow verbal and written instructions A strong work ethic Able to work with limited supervision Perform all functions of the job in a safe and professional manner Keep work area(s) in neat, clean, safe, and orderly condition Other tasks/responsibilities as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Advanced understanding of computer hardware and software Knowledge of production processes, equipment, and tools associated with computer hardware/software Perform assembly, troubleshooting, and repair Perform in-process inspection Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Education and Experience for a Successful Candidate: GED/High School Diploma A+ Certification Network+ Certification Experience with general computer systems/components Some experience with networking, raid controllers, or switches Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.50 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift Day shift Experience: Computer hardware Testing: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
