HR IT Applications Manager – Oracle HCM CloudLocationMillsboro, Delaware, United StatesFlexible work-from-home: up to 75% remote (1 week/month onsite)Position SummaryThe HR IT Manager provides leadership and oversight for HR and workforce management technology platforms, primarily Oracle HCM Cloud (including Redwood UX) and UKG/Kronos workforce management solutions.This role acts as a subject matter expert and business partner to HR, Operations, and IT leadership, ensuring systems are stable, well-integrated, and continuously improved. The position also leads application support teams, manages vendors, and contributes to strategic and operational IT planning.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, and related modules)Oversee UKG/Kronos workforce management systems including timekeeping, scheduling, and labor trackingServe as primary advisor for HR and workforce technology solutions to business leadershipEnsure effective adoption and optimization of Oracle Redwood user experienceManage configuration, support, and operations of HR and workforce applicationsOversee integrations between Oracle HCM, UKG/Kronos, Payroll, and downstream systemsLead and mentor HR IT application support teamsManage vendor relationships and service providersSupport budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and vendor management activitiesOversee project delivery and ensure alignment with SDLC and IT governance standardsContribute to strategic planning for HR and workforce technology initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field5+ years of experience managing technology teams5+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications (HR systems preferred)3+ years of people management experienceHands-on experience with UKG/Kronos workforce management systemsExperience with Oracle HCM Cloud and Redwood UX preferredStrong project management and leadership capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working within SDLC in enterprise environmentsRequired SkillsOracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll)Workforce Management Systems (UKG/Kronos)HR application integrationsTeam leadership and vendor managementProject delivery and SDLC governanceAdditional DetailsSeniority: Mid–Senior LevelEducation: Bachelor’s Degree requiredManagement Experience: RequiredTravel: Occasionally requiredVisa Sponsorship: Not available
