Join us and be part of our inspiring journey.This is a critical leadership role is responsible for driving end‑to‑end lifecycle management across the TTVR (Transcatheter Tricuspid Valve Replacement) portfolio. This leader will integrate product development, global launch, and in‑market performance through strong cross‑functional and regional partnership, while building and developing a team of full‑stream product marketers.How you will make an impact:Lead and develop a team of full‑stream product managers, building lifecycle leadership capability across upstream and downstream marketingDriving alignment across R&D, Clinical, and global/regional commercial teams to ensure strong product execution, adoption, and continuous learning into next‑generation developmentOwning product lifecycle strategy and marketing inputs across multiple TTVR generations, connecting PDP, launch, and commercial performanceDrive market‑informed PDP, translating clinical, customer, and competitive insights into product requirements and prioritiesLead global launch strategy and execution in close partnership with regional marketing teamsPartner with regions to ensure strong adoption and commercial performance, adapting global strategy to market needsEstablish closed‑loop feedback from field and HCPs to improve both lifecycle performance and next‑generation developmentAlign cross‑functionally across R&D, Clinical, PMO, and Commercial to ensure clear product direction and executionContribute as a senior leader within TTVR Marketing, with the maturity and judgment to operate as a proxy for leadership as neededWork Schedule: Given the collaborative and complex nature of this work, this role is required to be onsite in Irvine, CA.What you will need (required):Bachelor's Degree in related field related experience in marketing and skill levels exceeding the requirements of the previous level or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteriaDemonstrated track record in people management or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteriaWhat else we look for (preferred):MBA or advanced degree and 10-12 years of related experienceExperience working in a regulated industry or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteriaDemonstrated experience in both upstream and downstream marketing rolesMinimum of 10 years of experience in marketing leadershipExperience in structural heart, cardiovascular, or complex medtech platformsDemonstrated experience supporting or leading global product launchesExposure to multi-generational product planning and lifecycle managementExperience working in cross-functional, matrixed, and regulated environmentAdditional Skills:Proven ability to lead across the full product lifecycle, connecting upstream strategy with downstream executionStrong understanding of product development processes (PDP) and ability to translate market insights into actionable product requirementsExcellent strategic thinking and prioritization skills, with the ability to operate at both detailed and executive levelsClear and concise communicator, capable of influencing senior leadership and aligning cross‑functional stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to lead through influence in complex, matrixed organizations, including R&D, Clinical, and Commercial teamsStrong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and therapy adoption driversAbility to develop and scale talent, including coaching team members toward full‑stream marketing capabilityAligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $159,000 TO $226,000(highly experienced).The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
