The Real Estate Agent will provide personalized assistance to clients in buying, selling, and renting commercial and reaidential real estate. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, advising clients on market conditions, marketing properties, negotiating deals, and facilitating successful closings. The agent will ensure excellent customer service while building strong client relationships and achieving sales goals. Qualifications Current Real Estate License in accordance with state requirementsStrong expertise in Real Estate transactions, Real Property knowledge, and Sales strategiesExcellent Customer Service and communication skills to foster strong client relationshipsAbility to work independently in a remote environment and manage schedules effectivelyExperience in luxury or high-end real estate is a plusProficiency with digital tools and property marketing platformsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
