Sr. NET Architect (.NET 8 / React / Angular / SQL Server)Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior .NET Engineer with strong experience in building scalable, secure enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with clinical systems, healthcare platforms, or Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), and a deep understanding of integrating with existing systems in regulated environments.This role involves designing, developing, and enhancing mission-critical applications that support operational efficiency and data-driven workflows across healthcare or laboratory environments.This role requires strong backend engineering expertise, advanced SQL Server knowledge, and the ability to work across modern and legacy frontend frameworks.The primary focus of this position is maintaining and modernizing applications built on .NET 8 / ASP.NET Core, while supporting frontend applications developed in React and existing applications built using Angular. This role may also support cross-functional initiatives such as analytics platform transitions, application support, and interface development.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Project Managers and business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver scalable technical solutionsMaintain and enhance enterprise applications built on ASP.NET Core (.NET 8)Support and maintain existing frontend applications developed in Angular, while contributing to new development in ReactDesign, develop, and optimize backend APIs and servicesLead complex SQL Server development including database design, stored procedures, query optimization, indexing strategies, and performance tuningSupport and extend applications integrated with Sitecore CMS, including content structures and workflowsParticipate in Tableau to Power BI conversion initiatives (project-level involvement preferred; hands-on experience is a plus)Provide Level 1 and Level 2 production support for enterprise applications as neededContribute to interface development and integration effortsParticipate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production supportImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated building, testing, and deploymentDocument architecture, workflows, and technical solutionsProactively identify performance bottlenecks and modernization opportunitiesManage multiple concurrent projects and deadlinesRequired Technical SkillsStrong experience with .NET 6/7/8 and ASP.NET CoreProficiency in C# and RESTful API developmentAdvanced expertise in Microsoft SQL ServerT-SQLStored proceduresQuery optimizationIndexing strategiesPerformance tuningDatabase schema designFrontend experience with ReactWorking knowledge of Angular (supporting and maintaining existing applications)Experience with version control systems (Git)Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD build and deployment pipelinesStrong troubleshooting and debugging skillsPreferred / Plus SkillsPrior Clinical Lab experienceExperience working on Tableau to Power BI conversion projectsAgentic AIFamiliarity with PythonExperience working with a Content Management System (Sitecore preferred)Professional AttributesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsClear communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple priorities effectivelyDetail-oriented with strong documentation capabilitiesSelf-driven and adaptable in evolving technical environmentsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field preferred7+ years of professional experience in enterprise software development5+ years of backend development experience with strong SQL Server expertisePowered by JazzHRpbMPW0lh2f
