Through Endorsement, Reflective Supervision, and training, we help build a connected, skilled, and thoughtful workforce across Oregon — grounded in infant mental health principles and committed to equity, relationships, and long-term impact.About the RoleThe Mentor Consultant supports Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultants (IECMHCs) across Oregon through reflective consultation, coaching, and professional development. This role focuses on strengthening practice quality, building consultant capacity, and modeling culturally responsive and culturally sustaining, equity-centered approaches in early childhood mental health consultation.
