Integration Business Analyst

A company is looking for an Integration Business Analyst to support the development and implementation of integrated health technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements across risk adjustment workflows Translate business needs into functional specifications and acceptance criteria for development teams Facilitate communication and validation sessions across various teams to ensure seamless integration Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field, plus 8 years of related experience (or a master's degree with 6 years of experience) 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, ideally in healthcare technology or similar regulatory environments Experience with complex system integrations and data mapping Proficiency with requirements management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps Advanced certifications such as CBAP are preferred
