## Laser Operator with experience, night shiftResponsibilities:Salary Range:The primary focus is to ensure product is being laser cut to specifications and meeting all safety, quality, and productivity requirements. Laser Operator at Triton will perform their duties in a manner which is representative of the Triton Way.Mission:Maintain a world class level within all aspects of the laser cutting process.Leadership And Behavior:Exemplify the Triton Way by: Being supportive and a team player Align with our Core Values Contribute to keeping the company elevated as an industry leaderKey Performance Indicators: Attendance Labor Efficiency Labor Utilization Scrap PercentageResponsibilities: Setup, operate and monitor programs on Trumpf Laser Equipment Safely and efficiently operate laser in accordance with machine specifications Troubleshoot, adjust, or align equipment to ensure proper operation Monitor and adjust machine controls when necessary Read blueprints, work orders and other instructions for such specifications as dimensions, tolerances, and tooling instructions Adheres to all safety procedures and guidelines Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in afast-pacedenvironment Excellent time management skillsRequirements: Previous Laser Operator experience preferred High School Diploma or GED Detail oriented and ability to multitask Dependability Positive Attitude Self-motivated Willingness to help fellow team members achieve production goals High EnergyBenefits: Performance and attendance bonuses (if applicable).
