You will be home EVERY weekend for 2 full days. Company Truck Driver Pay and Job Details: Base Pay = $0.71 per mile PLUS Extra Pay. Home Saturday & Sunday Base Pay = $0.73 per mile PLUS Extra Pay. Home Monday & Tuesday New Truck Driver Transition Pay: Solo Drivers earn $2225 or $2025 plus 1 day of PTO in their first 45 days Practical Miles Paid on Loaded & Empty Miles Pay Raises of 1/2 cent per mile every 20,000 safe paid miles 85% Drop and Hook Freight - No Canada or NYC - 100% No Touch Freight $1475 or $1300 Safety Bonus & Paid Time Off every 90 days Equipment is primarily 2020-2024 Freightliner Cascadias with a few Kenworth T680 Tractors equipped with automatic, Flat Screen TV, Microwave, fridge, inverter and more. Freightliners with PasSmart up to 68 mph. Orientation is 3 days in either - Columbus OH, Charlotte NC, or Manchester PA. You will be provided a rental car to use during all of orientation plus a private Hotel Room including Breakfast & Lunch Provided.
