Server/Bartender

We are currently seeking Retail Beertenders to bring our customers a memorable tap room experience. We are seeking full and part-time candidates for this role. Job duties include: Assist customers in their beer, food and merchandise selections by effectively communicating information about our food menu, beer styles and brewing process. Be a great team player and work well with others. Be personable, professional and respectful to our customers while making them feel like VIP's. Maintain organization and cleanliness in all areas of the business. Have the ability and endurance to be on your feet most of your shift. Exceptional customer service skills. Work with coworkers as a team to delivering top-notch customer service to our community. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary. The ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail along with a passion for beer. Flexibility in scheduling (evenings/nights) and weekend availability is required.
