Our core values are integral to the success and growth of FNS.To Discover more, please visit our website at http://www.fnsusa.com Type: Full-TimeLocation: Moonachie, NJ ResponsibilitiesCoordinate full-cycle of ocean import shipments from origin country to final destinationsPrepare and review import documentation for Import customs clearanceEnsure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), FMC, and other regulatory requirementsCommunicate effectively with carriers, customs brokers, overseas agents, and internal departmentsTrack, trace, and monitor progress of shipments and deliveries to ensure timely processingIssue delivery orders and coordinate final-mile delivery with trucking companiesMaintain accurate records and data entry in the internal system QualificationsMinimum 3+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or ocean import operationsSolid knowledge of ocean freight documentation, Incoterms, and U.S. customs processesStrong organizational, time management, and communication skillsKorean & English bilingualProficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and OutlookAssociate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Pay: $60,000 – $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications Benefits (Full-Time ONLY)Health, Dental, and Vision PPO InsuranceLife, STD, LTD Insurance401(K) PlanPaid Time OffAdditional Paid time off (Bereavement, Wedding, Birth of a Child, etc.)Years of Service AwardsEducation Assistant Program (Based on Eligibility)If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information.
