Below is the Job description, if you are looking a job change kindly share your resume.Role: WordPress ArchitectLocation: Virginia Beach, VA (Remote) Job Responsibilities: We are looking for a WordPress Architect to lead the architecture and implementation of high-scale, performance-driven WordPress solutions across multiple brand websites. This role requires deep expertise in WordPress multi site architecture, Gutenberg block-based editing, caching/CDN strategies, and authoring workflows.Key Responsibilities ·                 Architect and lead multi site WordPress platforms optimised for scalability, performance, and maintainability. ·                 Design and implement a modular, reusable theme architecture to support multiple brands under a single multi site umbrella. ·                 Define and optimize performance benchmarks including page load speed, Core Web Vitals, and server response time. ·                 Collaborate with Cloudflare/DevOps teams to resolve cache invalidation issues (e.g., metadata not refreshing) and implement smart caching strategies. ·                 Build and extend Gutenberg blocks to enable intuitive content creation and cross-site publishing. ·                 Integrate WordPress with third-party systems (CRM, analytics, APIs, forms, personalization engines). ·                 Drive the migration of legacy systems into a unified WordPress multisite or headless architecture. ·                 Champion coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, security practices, and deployment workflows. ·                 Work closely with UI/UX, SEO, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and editorial efficiency. Requirements ·                 Expertise in PHP, WordPress Core, custom themes, and plugin development. ·                 Strong experience with WordPress multisite and block editor (Gutenberg) customization. ·                 Deep understanding of performance optimization: object caching, page caching, lazy loading, asset bundling. ·                 Experience solving cache/CDN challenges (e.g., Cloudflare) and implementing cache-busting strategies. ·                 Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, and headless WordPress (e.g., Next.js, Gatsby). ·                 Knowledge of hosting platforms like WP Engine, Kinsta, or AWS/CloudFront. ·                 Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and deployment automation. ·                 Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. Nice to Have ·               Experience with Contentful, Strapi, or transitioning from WordPress to headless CMS. ·               Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) and SEO best practices at scale. ·             Experience supporting multi-language or geo-targeted content across regions or brands Thanks & RegardsNida Tahseen Business Unit Head | Technova Global 1333 Corporate Drive Suite 116, Irving Texas 75038 USA Direct: +1 (469) 706 0049 E-mail: nida.t@technovaglobal.com
