The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction. The role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service. **Responsibilities** - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues promptly and professionally - Utilize computerized systems to document and track customer interactions - Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Work in a fast-paced call center environment to manage a high volume of customer calls - Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills - Meet and exceed customer service metrics and standards - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Utilize sales skills to promote our products and services to customers - Translate Spanish language inquiries to English, as necessary **Requirements** - Proven experience in a customer service or sales role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to type quickly and accurately - Proficiency in using computerized systems and office software - Experience in a call center environment - Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices - High school diploma or equivalent required - Spanish language skills preferred Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $13.50 per hour Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Shift: Day shift Morning shift Split shift Ability to Commute: Spring, TX 77386 (Required) Work Location: In person
