Job DescriptionJob Title: Executive AssistantLocation: Miami, FL (on-site)Duties & ResponsibilitiesAxe Compute is seeking a highly organized, discreet Executive Assistant to support executive leadership out of our Miami office. This role sits at the center of the executive's day-to-day operations; managing calendars, communications, travel, and internal coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth infrastructure company. General workload will include, but may not be limited to:General DutiesExecutive Support & Calendar ManagementManage complex, dynamic calendars across multiple time zones, prioritizing and resolving scheduling conflicts proactively.Coordinate and prepare materials for internal and external meetings, including agendas, briefing documents, and follow-ups.Screen and manage correspondence, flagging priority items and drafting responses on the executive's behalf.Travel & Logistics CoordinationArrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.Manage expense reporting and reconciliation in a timely and accurate manner.Office & Operational SupportServe as the primary point of contact for the Miami office, coordinating with building management, vendors, and office operations as needed.Support event planning and coordination for executive offsites, client visits, and internal team gatherings.Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.Cross-Functional CoordinationPartner with executive leadership, finance, legal, and deployment teams to track action items and ensure timely follow-through.Assist with the preparation of internal reports, presentations, and board or investor materials as directed.Qualifications Required Qualifications3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.Must already live in Miami, FL; able to work on-site.Must hold a valid passport and be available for domestic and international travel, including on short notice.Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and communications with a high degree of accuracy and discretion.Strong written communication skills, including drafting and proofreading correspondence.High degree of professionalism, judgment, and ability to handle confidential information. Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting executives in technology, infrastructure, finance, or a fast-growing startup environment.Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, expense management platforms, and travel booking systems.Bachelor's degree preferred.Equal Opportunity StatementAxe Compute Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
