Detail Cabinet is hiring a Kitchen & Bath Sales Designer / Showroom Consultant for our Alpharetta showroom.This role is for someone who can help homeowners with kitchen, bathroom, and closet remodeling projects from the first conversation to design, proposal, follow-up, and sale. The right candidate should be professional, organized, confident with customers, and comfortable with both design and sales.This is not just a design role. You must be comfortable talking to customers, following up with leads, discussing budgets, preparing proposals, and helping move projects toward a signed agreement.ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist showroom visitorsSpeak with customers by phone, text, email, and in personFollow up with leads and help schedule consultationsHelp customers choose cabinets, countertops, hardware, finishes, and design optionsCreate kitchen, bathroom, and closet layouts using design softwarePrepare quotes, proposals, and project informationCoordinate with the showroom team, installers, and managementKeep customer notes and project details organizedMaintain a clean, professional showroom experienceHelp convert qualified leads into signed projectsRequirementsStrong communication and customer service skillsComfortable with sales, follow-up, and discussing project budgetsOrganized, reliable, and detail-orientedAbility to work professionally with homeownersKitchen, bath, cabinet, remodeling, flooring, countertop, or interior design experience preferredExperience with ProKitchen, 2020 Design, Chief Architect, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar software preferredMust be comfortable working SaturdaysMust be able to work in person at our Alpharetta showroomIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate has experience in one or more of the following:Kitchen and bath designCabinet salesRemodeling salesCountertops, flooring, tile, closets, or home improvement salesInterior design with customer-facing experienceShowroom salesWe are looking for someone who can combine design taste with sales discipline.
