Title: ServiceNow Developer Location: Farmington, CT (Hybrid) Type: Contract ServiceNow Developer with 6 9+ years of experience to enhance and manage ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM, and Application Portfolio Management (APM) processes. The candidate will drive CMDB data quality, CI relationship governance, cybersecurity data integration, and application health reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve enterprise technology visibility and automation. Key Responsibilities Design, maintain, and govern ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring accurate CI relationships, configuration integrity, and alignment with APM and cybersecurity requirements. Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting for application health, lifecycle management, technical debt, and data quality metrics.
