Role Overview:
This role is for a Technical Engineer for the Fraud Domain with experience in the Fiserv FCRM platform.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements to support technology product planning and development with high emphasis on regulatory and compliance software such as Fiserv Financial Crime Risk Management.
Assist in documenting workflows, data mapping, system configurations, and technical specifications related to products within Fraud factory.
Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira to guide technology design and development.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and design technology solutions that address third party risk challenges.
Support the product lifecycle from analysis through design, development, testing, and deployment.
Required Skills: Advanced expertise in MS SQL including ETL experience.
Extensive experience in developing and designing Power BI reports.
Extensive experience in developing and designing PowerShell scripts.
Qualifications: 10+ years of experience.
Bachelors in Computer Science or other related field.
