Construction Site Manager/ labor/operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. Duties: - Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites - Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials - Operate hand and power tools under supervision - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment - Support skilled tradespeople as needed Requirements: - Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred - Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment - Physical stamina and strength to perform labor-intensive tasks - Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment operation - Familiarity with construction management software like Primavera or HeavyBid is a plus - Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and using tools like Bluebeam - Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines - Understanding of Civil 3D for project planning and execution - Knowledge of construction estimating principles for cost-effective project completion Join our team as a Construction Laborer and be part of building exceptional projects with opportunities for growth and development.
