Medical Assistant (MA) at Longevity Clinic
Position Overview
We’re seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate is passionate about optimizing patient health, comfortable in a concierge-style environment, and eager to grow with a fast-scaling, cash-pay medical practice. This is a hands-on role focused on both patient care and clinician support. .
Schedule & Start Date
Start Date: ASAP (Winter 2026)
Full time: 5 days/week (8 hours/day Mon-Fri)
Setting: Boutique medical clinic in Scarsdale, NY
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $25/hr
Bonuses & Commission: Available for patient volume and service growth
No Late Nights or Holidays: Potential for occasional Saturday mornings

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Duties
Support Clinician with new-patient and follow up appointments
Prepare and maintain exam rooms with appropriate supplies and equipment.
Complete patient intake and complete body composition and metabolic metrics assessments.
Assist Clinician with administration and management of personalized treatment plans including:
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) – including testosterone, estradiol, progesterone
Weight Loss Medications – including Semaglutide and Tirzepatide
Sexual Health Treatments – including GAINSWave, P-Shot/O-Shot, Trimix
Peptides, IVs, and Injections
Perform phlebotomy and educate patients on clinician-approved treatment plans, medication administration, self-injection techniques.
Assist with lab quality control, equipment calibration and accurate reporting
Clinic Operations
Collaborate with Medical Director, NPs PAs, and administrative staff
Ensure compliance with all medical protocols and legal standards
Assist in maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming clinical environment
Assist in EMR documentation and quality control
Support training and mentorship of junior clinical staff
Marketing & Community Engagement
Participate in local events, networking, and outreach (optional, travel covered)
Collaborate with marketing team for educational content and media opportunities
Engage in partnerships with local gyms, salons, physicians, and referral networks
Qualifications
Completion of an approved/accredited MA program
Current BLS/CPR certification
Previous experience in primary care, endocrinology, urology, or concierge medicine a plus
Exceptional bedside manner and communication skills
Organized, reliable, and team-oriented
