We provide operational and financial reporting and analysis to internal and external stakeholders. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to deliver a unique blend of analysis, financial modeling, reporting, and senior management support. The ideal candidate will be flexible and have the ability to manage multiple tasks with changing levels of priority and possess strong organizational skills.Your ImpactFinancial and Operational Management SupportDeveloping and evolving on insightful financial and operational dashboards and reporting packages and other presentations to the client and/or Senior ManagementSupport and develop the compensation and headcount function, working closely with HRAbility to manage large data sets identifying key themes and trendsEnsuring data integrity, quality and effectiveness in all work outputsCorrelating/Connecting business operations with resource and financial management/resultsAcquiring detailed understanding of operational processes and systems, including shared service resources and related cost allocations and structuresWorking with team to ensure that controls are in place to minimize/eliminate gaps in reporting and overall management of key expenses and headcountIdentifying opportunities to enhance the efficiency of existing processes, and propose improvements to streamline the collection, use, and presentation of dataRelationship ManagementEstablishing and developing relationships with key stakeholders across the client account (internal or external)Networking and collaborating effectively across functions/teams to build, enhance and establish critical processesCreating influence across communities through being an active voice and champion on key/impactful mattersExecution and Project ManagementLiaising with multi-functional groups ensuring accurate and timely production and distribution of financial and operational reportingEnsuring appropriate coordination and communication across various levels of management during key processes and deliverables (accounting close, planning, forecasting, etc.)Driving and managing ad hoc analysis/special projects to timely completion through strong project management abilitiesWhat You’ll OfferA bachelor’s or higher in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field of study+10 years in finance and reporting capacity with a proven track record of successStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, data formatting, etc.Keen attention to detail and analytical aptitudeBe operational and process-orientedAbility to leverage detailed data sets and succinctly translate in a simple, effective mannerAbility to effectively manage time and meet deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to formulate executive level presentations, memos, etc.A team player with a positive demeanorA strong results driven attitude, looking to take responsibility and ownership of projects and deliverables Expense strength and proficiency in:Financial and business acumenProject managementOrganizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasksInterpersonal skills in order to build a network of stakeholders across the organizationWe’d Love To SeeMBA or other professional designationsExperience with compensation and headcountSystem development and implementationExperience of Power BI or AIWhy join Geller & Company?Opportunity to scale your experience beyond the scope of your role100% funded health, vision, and dental insurance401K plan with company matchGenerous PTO and paid holidaysPhilanthropic opportunitiesThe Base Salary Range For This Position Is$166,000 - $203,000Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits as well as the potential for an annual bonus consideration.
