This is an exciting opportunity to lead large-scale culinary operations, influence menu creation, and deliver exceptional dining experiences for high-profile events and clients.As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all aspects of culinary operations-from concept development and menu planning to production, staffing, and event execution. You will lead, mentor, and hold the culinary team accountable to ensure the highest standards in food quality, presentation, consistency, and guest satisfaction. This role partners closely with sales, operations, and procurement teams to align culinary execution with client expectations and event needs.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee all culinary operations and event execution from planning through completionManage and mentor the culinary team, promoting accountability, collaboration, and excellenceDrive culinary innovation through menu development, recipe standardization, and industry trend researchEnsure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency across all events and servicesOversee perishable inventory management to maintain freshness, minimize waste, and control costsMaintain compliance with all sanitation, food safety, and health department regulationsReview prep sheets and conduct final food quality checks before food leaves for eventsManage labor scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing levels and budget alignmentPartner with culinary, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and successful event executionThis is an incredible opportunity for a culinary professional who is passionate about leadership, innovation, and creating memorable guest experiences while leading a high-performing team in a dynamic environment.M Culinary Concept: Where Food is Fun!Forget stuffy corporate kitchens.
