Claims Senior Analyst

As the Claims Senior Analyst, you’ll support the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of Best Buy’s Final Mile Claims program. In this role, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of claims processing, including intake, investigation, resolution, and partner communication. You’ll collaborate with delivery partners, supply chain teams, and internal business partners to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, analyzing operational trends, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce claim costs.This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.What You’ll DoManage the intake, investigation, and resolution of Final Mile claims in alignment with program standards and SLAsPartner with DDCs, Delivery Pads, and retail partners to ensure accurate and timely claim handlingCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Field Services, Finance, and vendors to improve claims processesDevelop and maintain reporting to provide visibility into claim trends and operational performanceIdentify process improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experienceBasic Qualifications3+ years of experience in services, retail, merchant, supply chain, or a related field3+ years of experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams and stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications4+ years of experience in services, retail, supply chain, or operations2+ years of project management experienceExperience with claims management, logistics, or vendor operationsExperience developing operational reports or analyzing business dataExperience working in a remote environment Familiarity with process improvement or root-cause analysisBachelor’s degree in business, liberal arts, or a related fieldWhat’s In It For YouWe’re committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
