You're not just a wrench — you're the reason the customer's facility keeps running.If you've earned that level of trust somewhere else — and you're ready to bring it somewhere it will be recognized — let's talk.What You'll Own The Technical Work Install, service, and maintain commercial dock and door equipment to manufacturer standards — rolling doors, sectional doors, dock levelers, and related systemsPerform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting across a wide range of equipment types — you diagnose root causes, not symptomsUse hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to fabricate brackets, mounts, and installation hardware as neededRead and interpret manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to guide diagnostics and repairs accurately The Ownership Maintain a safe, clean job site and comply with all OSHA safety policies, PPE requirements, and fall protection standards — no shortcuts, no exceptionsDocument all service activity with precision — work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenanceCommunicate clearly and professionally with customers, providing real-time job status updates and explaining additional service needs without oversellingSupport teammates on larger installations and remain flexible to changing schedules — you understand that the team wins or loses togetherWho You AreYou don't guess.
