Quality Engineer

Analyze production data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions. Compile and present overhaul scorecards and quality metrics to senior leadership. Partner with Site Quality Leader; lead QAE and Inspection groups when needed. Implement and revise technical quality assurance protocols. Conduct internal audits and support external audits for ISO9001, AS9100, AS13000. Lead multi-disciplinary RCCA initiatives using 8D/CAPA methodologies. Review and interpret Repair & Overhaul manuals, engineering drawings, and GD&T. Create and modify SAP inspection plans. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 2+ years in Repair & Overhaul / OEM Manufacturing. 2+ years auditing experience with ISO9001 and AS9100 D. 1+ year experience with ERP/SAP systems.1+ year experience with RCCA/CAPA/8D methodologies. Must be a U.S. person due to contractual requirements. Preferred Qualifications Aerospace Quality Engineering experience. Familiarity with Tableau, SAP analytics, and trend analysis. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (pivot tables, formulas). Experience with Net-Inspect, Teamcenter, HASP, SPOC. Strong communication and leadership skills.
