It’s a system that:Understands and structures complex operational dataAutomates decisions and workflows in real timeContinuously improves how businesses operateAI is embedded at the core of the platform, not bolted on.The RoleThis is a high-ownership, hands-on senior role.You’ll be responsible for designing and building core parts of the system, working across backend and frontend to deliver production-grade features used in real environments.You’ll be expected to:Ship quickly and cleanlyThink in systems, not just featuresOwn problems end-to-endWhat You’ll Work OnBuilding systems that ingest and process data across multiple integrations (POS, payments, CRM, booking platforms)Designing real-time data pipelines and workflowsDeveloping APIs and distributed systemsEmbedding AI/LLM-powered features directly into live product workflowsTaking features from idea → productionContributing to architecture, scalability, and reliabilityWhat They’re Looking For - non negotiables!
