Physician Primary Care (Senior-Focused)Tuscaloosa, AlabamaSalary Range:$230,000 $240,000/year (based on experience, skills, and qualifications)OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Physician to provide exceptional, evidence-based care for older adult patients in a value-based outpatient setting. This role involves diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, developing care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team. Reporting to a Regional Manager, the Physician plays a vital leadership and clinical role, ensuring high-quality outcomes and patient-centered care.Key Responsibilities:Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plansManage chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, CHF, COPD) and coordinate care with specialistsMaintain accurate EMR documentation within 48 hoursProvide supervision to advanced practice providers as neededEnsure compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, CMS, and other regulatory bodiesDeliver 5-star service in line with our mission of better health for seniorsRequirementsMD/DO from an accredited medical schoolActive medical license in state of practice3+ years in outpatient primary careACLS/BLS certificationEMR proficiency and strong diagnostic skillsAbility to lead, collaborate, and adapt in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Attributes:Passionate about senior care and value-based healthcareTeam-oriented, proactive, and results-drivenStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift/carry up to 15 lbs and assist patients as neededExtended periods of standing, walking, and computer useMust have own reliable transportationby Jobble
