The CMA will play a crucial role in administering medications, monitoring resident health, communicating any changes or needs to the Charge Nurse, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all individuals under our care.Responsibilities:Medication Administration: Accurately administer prescribed medications to residents in accordance with facility protocols and physician orders.Resident Monitoring: Observe and document changes in residents' conditions, including vital signs and any adverse reactions to medications.Communication: Communicate observations and concerns to the nursing staff and assist with any necessary follow-up actions. Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized medication storage area and work area.Resident Support: Provide compassionate and respectful assistance to residents, addressing their needs and preferences.Documentation: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
