Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cincinnati, OH, for a Child Care provider. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day care and supervision of children, implementing educational and creative activities, and fostering a nurturing and safe environment. You will support early childhood development, encourage positive behaviors, and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers. This role also requires maintaining a clean and organized environment conducive to child learning and play. Qualifications Proven experience in babysitting, childcare, or related rolesKnowledge of Early Childhood Development and Child Development principlesStrong creativity skills to design and implement engaging learning and play activitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleaguesAbility to maintain a safe, clean, and organized childcare environmentPatience, empathy, and a passion for working with childrenCertification in CPR and First Aid is preferredHigh school diploma required; degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education is a plus
