Prefer Food Service Director whom is Registered in PennsylvaniaRequired Experience/Skills Must have training in cost control, food management, and diet therapy. Knowledge of basic sanitation practices preferred. Must have, as a minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory capacity in a health care setting.Preferred Experience/Skills Previous long-term care or experience working with the elderly or disabled is desirable.
