Deliver training and coaching on RCA, FMEA, and problem-solving methodologies to site leaders and maintenance managers.Conduct in-field workshops and mentoring sessions to enhance investigation quality.Analyze data to identify Top Offending Assets and systemic reliability issues.Audit RCA quality and ensure consistency with network standards.Collaborate with RME, Operations, and central teams to standardize investigation practices.Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability.Provide technical guidance during major equipment failures and high-impact reliability events.5+ years of managing multiple large projects.5+ years of experience as a Reliability Program Manager.5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products.5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience.Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.Strong technical background in automated or non-automated material handling equipment.Flexibility to work a varied schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
