IT Deployment & Asset Logistics Technician
We are seeking multiple IT Deployment & Asset Logistics Technicians to support a large-scale enterprise Windows 11 migration and laptop deployment initiative involving 2,300+ devices. This is a hands-on role focused on device preparation, imaging, inventory management, asset tracking, and deployment logistics in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.This opportunity is ideal for detail-oriented IT professionals with 1–3 years of experience who enjoy operational, hands-on technical work and thrive in structured environments.ResponsibilitiesDevice Receiving & IntakeReceive, inventory, and stage Windows laptops and related hardwareVerify equipment condition and completeness upon receiptPerform initial hardware validation and testingClean and prepare devices for reimaging and redeploymentAsset Tracking & DocumentationTrack and document devices using asset management systemsMaintain accurate records including serial numbers, asset tags, and deployment statusEnsure accuracy and chain of custody throughout the deployment lifecycleImaging & ConfigurationReimage Windows 10 devices to Windows 11 using standard deployment proceduresConfigure and validate systems after imagingTroubleshoot basic imaging or hardware issues and escalate when neededPackaging, Shipping & DistributionPackage and prepare devices for shipment or deploymentGenerate shipping labels and related documentationCoordinate outbound distribution to end users and deployment locationsDeployment SupportEnsure all devices are deployment-ready and delivered on scheduleSupport large-scale deployment timelines and operational goalsCollaborate closely with deployment leads and support teamsRequired Skills & Experience1–3+ years of hands-on IT support, device deployment, or IT asset logistics experienceExperience deploying and imaging Windows 10 and Windows 11 laptopsFamiliarity with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, or similar deployment toolsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable handling high device volumes in staging or warehouse-type environmentsBasic hardware troubleshooting experience with laptops, docks, and peripheralsAbility to lift and move boxed IT equipment as needed (<10 lbs)Reliable attendance and strong work ethicPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting enterprise hardware refresh or migration projectsFamiliarity with ITSM or asset management systems such as ServiceNowStrong communication and teamwork skillsExperience working in fast-paced deployment environmentsWe are looking for dependable, hands-on technicians who can stay organized, follow process, and help deliver a successful enterprise-wide deployment initiative.
