Inventory Control Clerk/Shipper-Receiver

Inventory Control Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Control Coordinator to oversee and maintain the accuracy of inventory across our production facilities. This role ensures smooth coordination between our internal teams and logistics partners, while safeguarding the integrity of our ERP and WMS systems.ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate inventory recordsProcess receipts, verify incoming materials, and document all inventory transactions.Conduct weekly cycle countsEnter and maintain all inventory transactions in the company ERP system.Validate inventory accuracy weekly to ensure synchronization.Collaborate with internal teams and logistics partners to resolve discrepancies or issues.Support audits, reporting, and compliance requirements related to inventory.Perform other TransMedics tasks and duties as assigned/required.Management ResponsibilitiesThis position will not have management responsibilities.Physical AttributesAbility to stand for long periods of timeAbility to lift up to 25 poundsClean room environmentMinimum Qualifications2+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or related field.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with ERP and WMS systemsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or regulated industries.Familiarity with cycle counting, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis for inventory discrepancies.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related reporting tools.TransMedics is committed to equitable and transparent compensation. The expected hourly rate for this role is $26.68-$33.32, which represents the company's current good-faith estimate of compensation for this position. Actual hour rate will depend on factors such as, but not limited to, candidate experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific work location.
