Warehouse Associate

9am - 5pm Warehouse Loader Job Summary The Warehouse Loader is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including loading trucks, organizing and rotating products, repackaging materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized. This position requires attention to detail, physical ability, and a commitment to working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Loading & Warehouse Operations * Assist with accurately and safely loading products onto delivery trucks according to established procedures. * Verify that trucks are loaded accurately and according to daily requirements. * Rotate products on trucks and throughout the warehouse based on expiration dates and established inventory procedures. * Properly clean and repackage products as needed. * Identify damaged or out-of-code products and follow established procedures for proper handling and disposal. * Support general warehouse activities, including organizing products and maintaining an orderly work environment. Warehouse Maintenance * Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. * Dispose of trash and debris on a daily basis. * Sweep warehouse floors regularly and operate floor-cleaning equipment as needed. * Follow all applicable safety, operational, and housekeeping procedures. * Support other warehouse duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. * Reliable attendance and punctuality. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical Requirements * Regularly use hands to handle, move, and operate materials and equipment. * Frequently walk and perform physical warehouse activities. * Occasionally stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. * Ability to regularly lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds as needed. * Ability to work around moving mechanical equipment. * Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor weather conditions. * Requires adequate close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. * Noise levels in the work environment are generally moderate.
