Lead OT Security & GRC Programs

Glocomms is seeking an OT Security Manager in Austin to lead both technical OT security operations and GRC efforts. You will manage security tooling, regulatory compliance programs, and act as the bridge between engineering, leadership, and auditors. The role requires 7+ years in OT/ICS security, hands-on OT tooling expertise, and strong risk management and communication skills.
