IT Systems & Support Specialist On-Site

Job Description About the RoleZoologee is looking for a hands-on IT Systems & Support Specialist to help stabilize and evolve our IT environment as the business continues to grow. This creates both challenges and opportunities — offering the right candidate the ability to take ownership, grow with the role, and expand responsibilities over time.This is an on-site role working closely with our team and external IT partner to ensure reliable systems, fast issue resolution, and continuous improvement.What You’ll DoProvide day-to-day IT support across office and warehouse environmentsTroubleshoot hardware, software, and user access issuesSupport and maintain business-critical systems, including ERP and other enterprise applicationsAssist with server environment, including backups and basic administrationSupport and troubleshoot multi-site network connectivitySupport Microsoft 365, user accounts, devices, and remote access (RDS/VPN)Work with our external IT partner on escalations, infrastructure, and security-related topicsCoordinate and help drive system improvements, upgrades, and migrations in collaboration with external partnersSupport specialized equipment such as printers, embroidery machines, and warehouse devicesHelp improve processes and reduce recurring issuesWhat We’re Looking For4–7+ years of hands-on IT experience in a business environmentStrong troubleshooting capability across systems, network, and user environmentsExperience supporting or working with business-critical / enterprise applications (ERP or similar)Working knowledge of server environments, backups, and system reliability conceptsFamiliarity with multi-site network environments and connectivity troubleshootingComfortable coordinating with external IT providers and taking ownership of internal IT prioritiesAbility to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong communication skills with both technical and non-technical usersNice to Have (Preferred)Experience in warehouse, distribution, or operational environmentsExposure to ERP implementation or system rolloutsExperience supporting specialized or production-related equipmentFamiliarity with RDS, VPN, and remote access environmentsWhy Join ZoologeeGrowing company with opportunity to make a real impactHands-on role with variety (not just ticket support)Opportunity to be involved in system improvements and ERP initiativesCompany DescriptionWe are a Plush Toy distribution company.
