The best candidate will have at least 3 years experience as a powder coater, Spanish/English bilingual is a plus, and can start ASAP!Must be able to pass a hair follicle drug screening for pre-employment and randomsWeekly pay medical, dental and vision insurance available easy drive to Rosenberg safety driven work environmentNight Shift Powder Coaters Rosenberg TX Job duties:Operate powder coating equipment to apply coatings onto surfaces for protection and aesthetic enhancementPrepare workpieces for coating by cleaning, degreasing, and masking as necessaryLoad and unload workpieces onto powder coating equipment, ensuring proper positioning and secure attachmentAdjust powder coating guns, air pressure, and powder flow to achieve desired coverage and finishInspect coated surfaces for uniformity, adhesion, and defects, making adjustments as neededMaintain and troubleshoot powder coating equipment to ensure optimal performance and safetyFollow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all timesClean and maintain work area, including disposal of unused powder and waste in accordance with regulationsCoordinate with team members and supervisors to prioritize workflow and meet production schedulesDocument coating parameters and inspection results for quality control and recordkeeping purposes.Night Shift Powder Coaters Rosenberg TX Requirements:Able to work in Rosenberg TXEnglish/Spanish bilingual a plus!Able to start ASAPAt least 3 years experience of powder coating experience.Must Be Clear of Felonies or Misdemeanors for pre-employment background checkMust Be Clean Shaven for respirator fitment!!!!!!Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings (hair follicle)Location: Rosenberg TX Schedule: Monday Friday 1:30 pm 9 pm Pay: $22
