Job Description:Be one of the first applicants, read the complete overview of the role below, then send your application for consideration.PediatricianSurprise, AZShift Scheduling: Full-Time, MonFri Job Summary We are seeking a Pediatrician who will be responsible for delivering high-quality primary care services to pediatric patients, with a strong focus on prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and health education.The ideal candidate will manage a wide range of clinical cases, promote overall wellness, and coordinate care through referrals when necessary.Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Clinical Duties Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care services Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions Educate patients and families on health, wellness, and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Follow established clinical protocols and quality standards Participate in on-call rotation as assigned Quality & Compliance Adhere to all clinical guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer reviews Ensure accurate documentation for billing and compliance Community Engagement Support community health initiatives and outreach programs Participate xmvmafu in health education events and local activities as needed Requirements MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited U.
