Workplace Experience Coordinator
Our client, the U.S.’s largest commercial real estate services firm, has an exciting opportunity for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to support daily front desk and office operations within a high-profile corporate environment in Seattle, WA.
This 5-month contract role is ideal for a polished and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating a welcoming workplace experience for employees and guests. The schedule is Monday–Friday, either 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Competitive pay is $21.00–$23.30/hour, with health, dental, and vision benefits during the contract period and the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Job Description:
Serve as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors entering the facility
Greet visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor while following security and visitor management procedures
Issue visitor and parking passes and assist with workplace access coordination
Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Coordinate workplace services including mail distribution, office supplies, onboarding support, and vendor coordination
Assist with scheduling meetings, organizing conference rooms, and supporting internal events
Coordinate janitorial, maintenance, and workplace service requests as needed
Respond to employee questions, concerns, and service requests with a customer service-focused approach
Assist with setup and breakdown of meetings and workplace events
Support workplace safety and emergency procedures while escalating issues appropriately
Maintain organized records and assist with administrative office support tasks
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Must Have Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Up to 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, workplace services, or office support
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor and customer-first mindset
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
Nice to Have Qualifications:
Experience supporting a corporate office or front desk environment
Experience coordinating workplace or office services
Event coordination or hospitality experience
Experience interacting with vendors and external guests
Pay is $21-$23.30/hr based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision.
