Top Skills: Minimum two (2) years help desk or technical support/computer related experience. Must possess knowledge of customer service principles and best practices. Must be intermediate-to-advanced user of Microsoft Office 365 Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Job Type: Contract Salary: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Experience: Help desk: 3 years (Preferred) Customer service: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
